Arabic Sword

Steel with high quality is processed in furnaces and it reaches up to 52 - 58 Rockwell (HRC) hardness. It is sharpened. Gradual heating technique is applied in over 1000 degrees for best quality sword & knife materials. Then it is held at constant temperature. In furnaces with high technology, the required hardness is got in 500-600 degrees for about 5-6 hours. 

The product is delivered in the same shape and appearance as it is seen in the Picture. The writings on products are written with laser machine.

Hz. Muhammad's sword is also produced with traditional methods as in all our other sword models. Thanks to the heat treatments we apply to our other sword models, we give a great strength to carbon steel.

Hz. Muhammad's sword reaches 52-58 Rockwell (HRC) hardness after the heat treatment we apply to its steel. Thanks to this degree of hardness, the sword becomes highly flexible for both durability and easy handling. One of the biggest contributions of heat treatment to steel is the high corrosion resistance of steel.

One of the biggest production principles of Sword Buy is to use high quality steel in all sword models. Since the metal part of the sword of the Prophet Muhammad is included in the handle part as a single piece and is mounted on the handle, there are no risks such as separating or breaking the handle from the sword.

The length of the sword of the Prophet Muhammad is 100 cm including the handle. The handle and blade parts of the sword are made of metal material. When we look at the design of the sword, it is quite straight and its tip is sharp. The sword has a superior design with the harmony of black and yellow metals on the handle part of the sword.
